Introductory Group Class
Introductory Group Class serves as a crucial foundation for your Pilates journey, providing essential knowledge and techniques necessary for success. Attendance is mandatory before advancing to the Beginners Class. If you're unable to join one of the two weekly sessions, please contact the studio to arrange a Private Introductory Session.
Private Class - $85
One private, one hour session, scheduled at your convenience. The client works with the instructor on their individual needs and goals. This personal training class will be held in a separate studio with you and your instructor. A Private Class includes use of all Pilates equipment; Tower, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and all small equipment to challenge your stability.
